Under Secretary Ellen Tauscher

Ms. Ellen Tauscher, Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security, led a U.S. delegation to the Strategic Cooperation Consultative Group (SCCG) talks in Warsaw on December 10.  The SCCG is a senior-level, recurring consultation between Poland and the United States, and December 10 was the fourth such meeting since summer 2008.  The Polish delegation was headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Jacek Najder and Deputy Defense Minister Stanislaw Komorowski.
