Admiral Mike Mullen, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, is visiting Poland this week. The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) is by law the highest ranking military officer in the United States Armed Forces, and the principal military adviser to the President of the United States.  On June 29, 2009 at 9.00 a.m, after the official welcome in the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces Headquarters, a press briefing was held with participation of the Polish Chief of the General Staff, General Franciszek Gagor.  Please click here to see a photo gallery from the event.
