Ambassador Ashe Hosts Fulbright Awards Reception

On June 5, Ambassador Victor Ashe hosted an Awards Reception at his residence for departing Polish and American Fulbright scholars, teachers and students.  All of the grantees received award certificates.  The Ambassador thanked the American Fulbrighters "for their service to Poland" during the past academic year, and he encouraged the Polish Fulbrighters "to be Polish ambassadors in the United States and through their work, travel and new friendships to teach Americans more about Poland."  Andrzej Jaroszynski, Director of the Americas Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Andrzej Dakowski, Executive Director of the Fulbright Commission; and Josef Kobos, President of the Polish Fulbright Alumni Association also participated in the awards ceremony.
