Ambassador Ashe presents Certificate of Achievement in Trade award to long-time Foreign Commercial Service Warsaw client Rafal Lipinski, President of Seen Technologies.  Seen designs, installs and services major water works projects and was recognized for its great efforts in introducing a range of quality American products into the Polish market.
