Ambassador Visits Dąbrówka

On Thursday, April 3 U.S. Ambassador to Poland Victor Ashe called on the Mayor of Legionowo, Roman Smogorzewski to discuss shared experiences of serving as mayor.  The Ambassador then traveled to Pułtusk where he met with Mayor Wojciech Dębski, and toured the market square, Napoleon’s house, Collegiate Church, 14th century Castle & Hotel.  In the afternoon, he departed for Dąbrówka, where he met with Rev. Stanisław Grosfeld and visited the St. Anna’s Church.  Before returning to Warsaw, the Ambassador visited the Holy Ghost Church in Kadzidło and met with Rev. Marian Niemyjski. The Ambassador was accompanied by Col. and Mrs Stan Prusinski, ODC chief. Col. Prusinsk’s family is from this region of Poland.
