Ambassador Welcomes Congressional Interns

On Wednesday, June 18, Mr. Marek Podhorecki, Director of the United States-European Union Government Initiatives, and three Polish Congressional interns (Kamil Czop, Michal Owerczuk, and Michal Penkala) met with Ambassador Victor Ashe in the Ambassador's Office.  The fifth annual Congressional Internship Program will begin Monday, June 23, and conclude on Friday, August 8.  The interns are now members of Poland's Future Leaders Forum, which President Lech Kaczynski's Chancellery plans to convene this summer.
