Ambassador Harlan L. Watson, Senior U.S. Envoy on Climate Change
Ambassador Harlan L. Watson, Senior U.S. Envoy on Climate Change, traveled to Warsaw for the Ministry of Economy’s Summit on Sectoral Cooperation November 27-28, 2008.  The summit is a prelude to the U.N. Climate Change talks in Poznan December 1-12, and focuses on efforts to reduce carbon emissions in the energy intensive steel, cement and aluminum.  From Warsaw Ambassador Watson will go directly to Poznan, where he will serve as deputy head of the official U.S. Government delegation at the U.N talks.  For more information on the events related to the Climate Change summit, click here.
