Collectible Coins issued by NBP

Narodowy Bank Polski (the National Bank of Poland), introduced three collectible coins to commemorate the 400th Anniversary of Polish settlement in North America. NBP Director, Sławomir Stanisław Skrzypek, presided over the official ceremony, which took place on December 17th at the Polish Emigration Museum (Muzeum Wychodźstwa Polskiego) in Łazienki Królewskie in Warsaw. The coin collection includes: a 2 złoty (PLN) coin made of Nordic Gold issued two days earlier on Dec. 15th, a 10 złoty coin made of oxidized silver with a glass core, and a gold 100 złoty coin.
