Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Visits Warsaw

Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Matthew Bryza visited Warsaw on June 25 and June 26.  Bryza, who previously served at U.S. Embassy Warsaw, led the U.S. observer delegation to a meeting organized by the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the New Friends of Georgia.  He participated in meetings focusing on Georgia's relations with NATO and the European Union.  While in Warsaw, he also met with several officials from the Polish government and private companies to discuss European energy security.
