U.S. Ambassador to Poland, Victor Ashe, visited Podlaskie Province in northeastern Poland April 11-12.  Ambassador Ashe visited the cities of Bialystok, Hajnowka and Drohiczyn and met with Bohdan Paszkowski, Governor of Podlaskie Province; Tadeusz Truskolaski, Mayor of Bialystok; and Dr. Antoni Dydycz, Bishop of Drohiczyn.  Ambassador Ashe also paid a visit to former Polish Prime Minister Wlodzimierz Cimoszewicz.
