U.S. Ambassador to Poland Victor Ashe hosted mayors of six Polish cities at his residence on October 10.  He plans the annual event to bring together the mayors of Poland's largest cities to provide a forum for discussion about economic development, governance, and issues of common interest among the city representatives.  This year's event was attended by Gdansk Mayor Pawel Adamowicz, Wroclaw Mayor Rafal Dutkiewicz, Poznan Mayor and President of the Association of Polish Cities Ryszard Grobelny, Szczecin Mayor Piotr Krzystek, Bialystok Mayor Tadeusz Truskolaski, and Katowice Mayor Piotr Uszok.  "I hope this event continues well into the future as it provides a great opportunity for everyone to talk about the issues they all have in common.  As a former mayor myself, I think it's an invaluable, and very enjoyable day."
