The Singing Patriots of Germantown Academy from Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, performed March 20 with two Warsaw high school choirs in the Oranzeria at Wilanow in Warsaw.  The Polish groups were Tutti Cantamus of the LXXV Liceum im. Jana III Sobieskiego and the Chamber Choir of the Wilanow Academy.  The program featured segments by each of the groups separately, as well as a strong finish by all three together entitled “Elijah, Rock.”  The Singing Patriots’ set included much quintessentially American music, including three pieces by Aaron Copland.  Their tour in Poland is being supported by the Copernicus Society.  The Singing Patriots will perform twice this weekend in Krakow: on Saturday, March 24th at the St. Mary’s Basilica at 7pm and at the Krakow Philharmonic on Sunday, March 25th at 6pm.  Please contact the venue for ticket information.
