Business seminar for General Electric

U.S. Embassy Warsaw’s Commercial Section hosted a business seminar for General Electric’s (GE) Homeland Security Division on March 22 to assist in introducing to Poland the U.S. firm's new line of airport security equipment.  Commercial Specialist Zofia Sobiepanek-Kukuryka organized the event, coordinating closely with GE's regional office, to invite over 80 attendees from Poland's police agencies, airport authorities, and border guards and customs.  The program was officially opened by Senior Commercial Officer John McCaslin and featured remarks by Embassy Warsaw’s Regional Security Officer, Chip McElhattan.
