8 March 2007

 US Capitol

The U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee approved legislation to establish a United States-Poland Parliamentary Youth Exchange Program on March 6. The bill, S.377, introduced by Senator Dick Lugar of Indiana would establish a program to demonstrate the benefits of friendly cooperation between the United States and Poland to American and Polish youth.  The bill must now be passed by the full Senate and the House of Representatives before it can become law.
