Ambassador Ashe recognizes the outstanding achievement of two members from the Embassy’s Office of Defense Cooperation

Col. Stanley Prusinski, Lieutenant Commander Mark Seelbach, Naval Affairs Officer, Lieutenant Colonel Ray Wojcik, Deputy ODC Chief, Ambassador Ashe 
On 30 November, Ambassador Ashe recognized the outstanding achievement of two members from the Embassy’s Office of Defense Cooperation (ODC).  Ambassador Ashe awarded Lieutenant Colonel Ray Wojcik, Deputy ODC Chief,  and Lieutenant Commander Mark Seelbach, Naval Affairs Officer, the Joint Service Achievement Medal.  The Joint Service Achievement Medal is awarded to members of the Armed Forces who, while assigned to a joint activity, distinguish themselves by outstanding achievement or meritorious service.  LCDR Seelbach and LTC Wojcik played key roles in coordinating U.S. transportation, equipment and other logistics support to the Ministry of Defense, General Staff, Operations Command, Special Operations Command and Land Forces helping to prepare the Polish contingent to the International Security Assistance Force in Afghanistan.
