Ten members from the Illinois National Guard Regional Training Institute (RTI) were in Torun, Poland April 26 - May 12 to conduct the Phase I Basic Non-Commissioned Officer Course (BNCOC) and a Small Group Leader Course for the Polish military. Approximately 45 Polish non-commissioned officers attended the BNCOC and 15 attended the Small Group Leader Course. The Adjutant General and State Sergeant Major of Illinois participated in the graduation ceremony.
