Appointments are required for all routine services. If you need an emergency appointment please contact the ACS Section.

Please be informed that except for emergencies, the American Citizen Services Unit will be closed to the public on Polish and American holidays and on a one working day of each month (July 24, August 21, September 25, October 23, November 27, December 18, 2013 and in 2014: January 29, February 26, March 06, March 26, April 23, May 28, June 25, July 30, August 27 and September 24.)

 

Emergencies:

In case of an emergency, you may contact the ACS section directly during normal working hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) at (48)(22) 504-2784. Outside of normal working hours, please call (48)(22) 504-2000 and ask to speak to the Embassy Duty Officer.

The Warsaw Federal Benefits Unit (Social Security, Veterans, Civil Service, Railroad Retirement Benefits) operates on appointment-only systems.
