Beginning July 13, 2009, the ACS Unit in Warsaw is open from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Polish and American holidays. Afternoon appointments can also be scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. In order to schedule an afternoon appointment please call +48/22 504-2784.

Hours: The Poznan Consular Agency is open to the public except for U.S. and Polish holidays on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 am - 3 pm. The Consulate provides services on Tuesday and Thursday by appointment only.

Emergencies:
In case of an emergency, you may contact the ACS section directly during normal working hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) at (48)(22) 504-2784. Outside of normal working hours, please call (48)(22) 504-2000 and ask to speak to the Embassy Duty Officer.
