Michael Henney's Biography
 

Mr. Henney, a native of Maryland, received a Masters Degree in Agricultural Economics form the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. He joined the Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) in 1984. Since then he has held numerous positions in FAS. His most recent assignments have been in Washington in the Office of Science and Technical Affairs as Deputy Director in the New Technologies and Production Methods Division, then in Plant Division. He has served overseas in Santo Domingo (1990-1993), Seoul (1997-2002), and Dubai (2002-2006).
