Ambassador Hosts Former President Kwasniewski

U.S. Ambassador to Poland Victor Ashe and Mrs. Joan Ashe hosted a luncheon at their residence on November 24 in honor of former Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski and Mrs. Jolanta Kwasniewska. Ambassador Jerzy Kozminski of the Polish American Freedom Foundation and Professor Adam Daniel Rotfeld, former Polish Foreign Minister, also attended the luncheon. The group discussed the strong relations between the U.S. and Poland. The former President has spent much of 2006 in the United States giving lectures at American universities.
