DCM Hillas Addresses Chelm Students

Deputy Chief of Mission Kenneth Hillas, in his capacity as Chargé d’ Affaires during Ambassador Ashe’s travel abroad, spoke on U.S.-Polish relations to a group of about 50 students, who asked insightful questions about bilateral relations, the United States, and the life of a diplomat. Chargé Hillas encouraged the students to continue their studies and to travel to the United States when they have a chance. In town for the concert of Ida Haendel, Chargé Hillas also met with the school’s rector and with Mayor Grabczuk.
