Children Born Abroad
 

If you are a U.S. citizen and wish to register your child born in Poland as a U.S. citizen, you must apply for a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA).  You may apply for your child’s CRBA at the Embassy in Warsaw, at the Consulate General in Krakow, or at the Consular Agency in Poznan.  All three locations are by appointment only.
