Commissioner Kochalski and Ambassador Ashe

On February 28th Ambassador Ashe met with Commissioner Miroslaw Kochalski, the interim Mayor of Warsaw. Ambassador Ashe shared some of his experiences during his 16 years as Mayor of Knoxville, Tennessee with Commissioner Kochalski. The two also discussed initiatives remaining on the Commissioner’s agenda before Mayoral elections.
