Applicants who meet the criteria described in Visa applicants who do not have to come into the Embassy in person may use the DHL courier service to deliver their documents. The required documents must be sent by the DHL Courier service at the following address:

We will accept only documents mailed through DHL. Please do not mail any documents by regular, registered or express mail.

Passports with visas are mailed to the applicants by DHL at the addressee's expense. Applicants applying through the mail cannot collect their passports in person.

Please write your complete address legibly, including the zip code and telephone number. The postage fee - charged according to DHL's fee schedule - is payable on delivery to the courier. Delivery takes up to ten working days.

Please note that incomplete application forms, inadequate documents or documents sent in by persons who do not meet the criteria described in are not processed and will be mailed back to the sender at her/his expense. Be sure to answer every item on the visa application form clearly and correctly.
