The exhibit “Reflections: Painting with Pixels” by Polish-American artist Przemyslaw Moskal.

The exhibit “Reflections: Painting with Pixels” by Polish-American artist Przemyslaw Moskal was presented at the Media Art Gallery at Spokojna 15, opening on June 12 at 18:00. Moskal also lectured on interactive art in the U.S. at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, June 13 at 12:00 ul. Krakowskie Przedmiescie 5, Sala 5, announced Cultural Attaché James Wolfe.
"Reflections" is an interactive art installation that involves a viewer in pixel painting of his or her image. Moskal explains the concepts as follows: “The process of pixel painting is stretched in time and fragmental, allowing a viewer to contemplate on the generated image. It captures segments of time and displays multiple instances of the viewer's image on the screen. The generated image continuously reinvents itself according to the viewer's position and movement.”
The sound track for the show will be music from "Sun Over Lake" by the Trzaska and Seed Electronic Ensemble, a project by Mikołaj Trzaska and Jarek Grzesica (Seed Project), initiated in 2003.
