Translations: Multi-disciplinary exhibition of art and music by foreign artists living in Warsaw

Uraz Kivaner’s jazz piano concert will open the exhibit on May 8 at 21:00. Please see the poster for “Translations” exhibitions to choose the event that suits your artistic taste. The Embassy particularly recommends the “Meet with the Artists” series on Sundays May 11 and 18 between 15:00-20:00 which enables the visitors to meet with the exhibiting artists and engage them in a discussion about their work. The series will present the American artists: Gene Morris, graphic designer and photographer, Tom Cumbow, Adrian Erlinger, photographer and Fulbright scholar, Rachel Schmidt, sculptor and installation artist and performance artists flutist and vocalist Pamela Pecko and actor Mark Mouck. Pam Pecko will play classical music at the concert on May 10 and Mark Mouck can be seen in a theatre performance “Men Behaving Badly” which closes the “Translation” exhibition on May 31.
