Ambassador Victor Ashe and Brigadier General Peter M. Dawkins

 

Brigadier General (US Army retired) Peter M. Dawkins, Vice President of the Citigroup Private Bank, called on Ambassador Victor Ashe on June 2.

BG Dawkins, a 1959 graduate of the US Military Academy, Rhodes Scholar and winner of the Heisman Trophy in 1958, was in Poland on private business.
