Counselor for Press and Culture Edward Kulakowski is pleased to announce the opening of Warsaw Gospel Days on September 23, 2005. The U.S. Embassy is a co-sponsor of this fourth international festival organized by the Mazovian Chapter of the Union of Polish Choirs and Orchestras. The festival will provide a chance for gospel performers to improve their skills during Gospel Academy classes conducted by American singers.

The Embassy is proud to support the appearance of vocalist Reverend Lee Brown to be a special star of the festival. “The Golden Gospel Pearls” group of Donna Brown, La Toya Cathy Haskins, Troy Afflick, and Rico McClarrin will appear in the opening concert at Pulawska 2A. The festival runs from September 23 to 25, 2005. For more info and detailed concerts schedule, please visit www.pzchio.waw.pl
