Eric Wenberg, Agricultural Counselor
Arrived at post in September 2007 and is scheduled to serve in Warsaw until summer 2011. Mr. Wenberg is an expert in commodity analyst and served two tours at the American Embassy in Moscow.
Kathryn Snipes, Agricultural Attaché
Assistant American officer position. Kathryn arrived at post in August of 2006 and is scheduled to serve in Warsaw until summer 2009. Mrs. Snipes is an expert in animal diseases and trades. She served in Mexico City before coming to Poland.
Włodek Makowski, Economist.
Mr. Makowski is responsible for reporting on the grain, oilseed and sugar sectors in Poland also assists on Phytosanitary matters.
Piotr Rucinski, Economist.
A former university instructor, Mr. Rucinski is well respected in the field of animal genetics. Mr. Rucinski is responsible for reporting on livestock, dairy and poultry issues as well as veterinary affairs.
Natalia Koniuszewska, Program Specialist.
Ms. Koniuszewska is responsible for assisting in the administration of USDA research grants as well as reporting on forestry, cotton, tobacco, and deciduous fruits. She also assists on biotechnology and Food Safety.
Ms. Jolanta Figurska, Marketing Specialist.
Ms. Figurska is responsible for market promotion of U.S. food and beverage products. She maintains trade contact and supplier data. Ms. Figurska is also responsible for reporting on fresh fruits and high-valued products.
Joanna Kulawinska, Administrative Assistant.
Ms. Kulawinska is responsible for secretarial and administrative matters.
