A delegation of members of the U.S. House of Representatives, headed by the Chairman of the Subcommittee on Water Resources and Environment of the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure John Duncan of Tennessee, visited Poland from January 19-21. Other members of the delegation included Jim Oberstar of Minnesota, E.B. Johnson of Texas, Solomon Ortiz of Texas, Cliff Stearns of Florida, Corrine Brown of Florida, Henry Brown of South Carolina, John Boozman of Arkansas, and Jeff Miller of Florida. The members of Congress met with Polish officials in Warsaw to discuss issues related to Transportation, Infrastructure, and Environment before traveling on to meet with Swiss, Romanian, Serbian and Montenegrin, and Greek officials in their five country fact finding mission.
