Important!

Effective immediately, the US Embassy in Warsaw and Consulate General in Krakow are unable to accept credit cards for any service until further notice.  For consular services rendered at the Embassy, payment must be in the form of U.S. Dollars in cash or Polish Zloty in cash.  Non-immigrant visa Machine Readable Visa application fee services continue to be paid via the payment options described on http://www.ustraveldocs.com/, and are unaffected by this issue. We hope to be able to reinstate payment by credit cards as soon as possible and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause in the meantime.

Except for the fiance and nonimmigrant visa application fee, all fees are payable at the consular section only. All fees can be paid in U.S. dollars or the equivalent in Polish currency at the Embassy's exchange rate. They are payable in cash or by a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Novus/Discover or Diners only) for nationals of E.U. States. Checks are not accepted. None of the fees are refundable. Note: Applicants from non-E.U. countries may only pay in cash.
