Except for the nonimmigrant visa application fee, all fees are payable at the consular section only. All fees can be paid in U.S. dollars or the equivalent in Polish currency at the Embassy's exchange rate.
Effective Janury 31 2012 the Embassy exchange rate is 3.3 PLN to 1 USD.
They are payable in cash or by a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Novus/Discover or Diners only) for nationals of E.U. States. Checks are not accepted. None of the fees are refundable. Note: Applicants from non-E.U. countries may only pay in cash.

On July 13, 2010, the U.S. Department of State implemented a revision of consular fees for immigrant and diversity visa processing. Please note that all applications and requests for consular services received after July 13, 2010, must be accompanied by the new amount listed on the new consular fee schedule. The only exception is for applicants who paid their immigrant visa fee at the National Visa Center before July 13, 2010, and will not be charged the difference. All Diversity Visa lottery applicants processed by the Kentucky Consular Center must pay the new fees at the Embassy's consular cashier.
New Diversity Visa (DV) Lottery fee collection policies take effect worldwide on February 2, 2012. DV applicants will pay a single fee of $440.00 for each individual application on the day of the visa interview. This single fee will cover the Immigrant Visa Application Fee and Immigrant Visa security surcharge, which were previously assessed separately from the DV Lottery Fee. The new fee structure applies only to DV applicants submitting their application for the first time at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate on or after February 2, 2012.
2 февраля 2012 года во всем мире введена новая оплата за иммиграционную визу по Программе Лотереи "Diversity Visa". Победители лотереи обязаны внести в день собеседования оплату 440 долларов США за каждого выезжающего. Эта оплата уже включает в себя плату за подачу заявления на иммиграционную визу и дополнительный сбор, связанный с обеспечением безопасности, которые ранее взимались отдельно от сбора за участие в лотерее. Новая оплата касается только победителей лотереи, подающих визовые заявления первый раз в Посольство или Консульство США с 2 февраля 2012 года включительно.
