How long will it take to process my visa?

Processing of visas varies and depends on the category of visa as well as the place of filing immigrant visa petition. For information specific to your case please click the appropriate link below.

▪ My immigrant visa petition was filed in the United States with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

▪ My immigrant visa petition was filed with the Consular Section in Warsaw, Kraków, Minsk, Vilnius or Riga.
