Position: Student Intern in the Krakow Consulate General
Management Section

Work Hours: 8 hours/5 days per week
Duration: May-August 2008
Note: All applicants must be of Polish citizenship and meet the required definition of student as provided in the application materials to be eligible for consideration.
The U.S. Consulate in Krakow is seeking an individual for the position of Student Intern in the Management Section of the Consulate General.
Major Duties or Projects:
• General office work: filing, archiving, back up the receptionist and respond the general inquiries in the Management Section
• Segregate information into categories, scan documents and file those documents appropriately
• Prepare translations
• Assist in drafting responses to a variety of inquires, assist with mail distribution, and other general office work assisting the Management Officer
Qualifications Required
• University student
• Any prior experience in office clerical work preferred
• Good computer and typing skills
• Fluent English and Polish
