United States Secretary of Agriculture Mike Johanns visited Poland March 12th and 13th. The purpose of his visit was to discuss Agricultural issues including World Trade Organization Doha negotiations, biotechnology, and trade between Poland and the United States. His visit marked the first time since 1989 that a U.S. Secretary of Agriculture had visited Poland.
