Kalisz students meet America

On May 22, as part of the Embassy’s "Meet America" program, over 30 high school students traveled to Warsaw from the town of Kalisz to learn how a US Embassy functions. Public Affairs Officer Ed Kulakowski greeted the students, noted the historically important bilateral relationship between the two countries and described his career. In response to the students’ interests in US culture, politics and media Cultural Affairs Officer Jim Wolfe, Vice Consul Gary Schaefer and Political Military Officer David Morris described their respective roles and touched upon what it is like to be a US diplomat
