Geoffrey Mazullo

Geoffrey Mazullo possesses global corporate governance experience. He has analyzed governance practices in Canada, many European countries, Japan and the US and has been directly engaged in corporate governance developments in most of the transition economies in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) as well as several of the Newly Independent States of the former Soviet Union (NIS). Before joining EWMI, Mr. Mazullo worked for Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) and Investor Responsibility Research Center (IRRC), two US corporate governance advisory firms.
In 1983, Mr. Mazullo received a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service (BSFS) degree from Georgetown University. He received a Diploma from Uniwersytet Jagiellonski in Krakow for graduate studies undertaken in 1985-86. In 1989, he received a Master of Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He speaks French, German, Polish and Serbo-Croatian and is proficient in Italian and Russian.
Mr. Mazullo’s corporate governance research has been published in Central Europe Portfolio, Company and Shareholder, Corporate Governance Advisor, Investor Relations magazine, Russia Portfolio, Turnarounds and Workouts Europe, The Wall Street Journal Europe and a variety of publications in CEE countries.
