The U.S. Embassy in Warsaw and the U.S. Consulate General in Krakow do not discuss visa cases with visa applicants or make visa appointments over the telephone. Instead, callers in Poland should call the visa information and visa appointment telephone line at 0 701 77 44 00 Monday through Friday between 7.00 am and 8.00pm. The call costs 4.00 PLN plus 22% VAT per minute (the price is subject to change without notice). The number is available only within Poland but not from public phones.
