Military Gendarmerie Information Sharing Seminar

United States Army Europe and Illinois Army National Guard personnel are conducting a unit level informational sharing seminar with members from the Polish Military Gendarmerie, 1-12 September 2009 vicinity Zagan, Poland. Members of the 18th Military Police Brigade, U.S. Army Europe and 33rd Military Police Battalion, IL Army National Guard that have returned from overseas deployments are providing region specific lessons learned on procedures and techniques to Polish Military Gendarmerie that will be deploying overseas in the near future. This is the first event of its kind to assist Gendarmerie that will be serving overseas in a mentorship capacity. The United States European Command Mil-to-Mil (M2M) program funded this event to assist Polish Armed Forces professional development and NATO interoperability initiatives.
