US Consular Agency Poznan

The Consular Agency offers a range of services to Americans living or traveling in the Wielkopolskie, Lubuskie, and Zachodniopomorskie regions of Poland. These services include accepting applications to renew expired passports and to report the birth of a U.S. citizen in Poland. Applications are accepted in Poznan and then transmitted via courier service to the U.S. Embassy in Warsaw for processing.

The Consular Agency can also provide emergency services for distressed American travelers. For more information on what services are available to Americans, please visit the American Citizen Services Webpage.

The Consular Agency does not accept visa applications.

Hours: The Consular Agency is open to the public except for U.S. and Polish holidays on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 am - 3 pm.

Temporary Closure – U.S. Consular Agency Poznan

The U.S. Consular Agency will be closed from July 1 to July 17, 2009. During this period, the American Citizens Services Section (ACS) at the U.S  Embassy in Warsaw can provide all services normally provided by the U.S. Consular Agency in Poznan.
