Ambassador Ashe with Stephen Sitarski of the U.S. National Park Service and George Bystrowski of the Copernicus Foundation in Poland

 

U.S. Ambassador to Poland, Victor Ashe, met with Stephen M. Sitarski, Chief of Interpretation and Visitor Services of 27 National Park Service sites, including Independence Hall, to discuss the development of a new permanent exhibit for the Thaddeus Kosciuszko National Memorial in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Ambassador Ashe and Mr. Sitarski discussed the development of this exhibit and Mr. Sitarski’s search for Kosciuszko related artifacts that could be considered for possible loan and image permissions for use in the memorial’s exhibits and publications.
