Political Officer speaking at September 11 anniversary event.

On September 11, Political Military Officer Duncan Walker from the U.S. Embassy delivered opening remarks at a Collegium Civitas event discussing the war on terror on the 7th anniversary of 9/11.  Mr. Walker talked about the impact on 9/11 on American psychology, and spoke about Iraq, Afghanistan, and other hot spots in the global war on terror.
