Tennessee Judge Comes to Poland

United States District Judge, Thomas A. Varlan, of the Eastern District of Tennessee is visiting Poland from October 10 to 15, 2005. Since arriving in Warsaw, Judge Varlan has given talks at the American Studies Center at Warsaw University, at the Catholic University of Lublin’s Center for American Law, and will speak on October 14 at the Jagellonian University School of American Law and American Sudies in Krakow. His topic is the “Decision Making Process.” He is also meeting with representatives from judicial institutions and legal foundations during his visit.
