Hours of Operation

U.S. Embassy, Warsaw, Poland: The Nonimmigrant Visa Section of the U.S. Embassy in Warsaw is open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.-12:00 Noon, except for legal Polish and American holidays and the last working Friday of the month. With the exception of Emergency travel and Applicants that do not require interviews, visa interviews are scheduled in advance. Please see the Application Procedures section of the website for information on how to apply. The Nonimmigrant Visa Section is closed on the last working day of each month.
