United States Congressman F. James Sensenbrenner Jr. of Wisconsin’s fifth district traveled to Poland from January 7 through January 10. Congressman Sensenbrenner is the Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee and has been a member of Congress since 1978. He discussed issues including Poland’s support in the international effort to combat terrorism, Visa Waiver Program status, Polish Passport Security, and Polish improvements in Border Security with a wide range of Polish officials including President Kaczynski. He also attended a breakfast hosted by the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland and a lunch hosted by Ambassador Ashe.
