Ambassador Feinstein Addresses Foundation for the Righteous

Ambassador Feinstein spoke at a luncheon on July 18 hosted by the Jewish Foundation for the Righteous as part of the Foundation’s annual European Study Program in Germany and Poland.  Attendees at the luncheon included several rescuers and survivors of the Holocaust, who each brought their own inspiring story to the 14 middle and high school teachers from the United States who participated in the program.  In his remarks, Ambassador Feinstein said, “The courage of the righteous gives us proof that, in the face of the worst that humanity is capable of, there are among us individuals who are willing to resist hatred and bigotry.”  Israeli Ambassador to Poland Zvi Rav-Ner and Ms. Stanlee Stahl, Executive Vice President of the Jewish Foundation for the Righteous, and Rabbi Schudrich, Chief Rabbi of Poland, also addressed the participants.
