Tonight, President Obama will deliver his third State of the Union address to Congress at 3 a.m. CET.

“The President in his speech will map out a vision for boosting the economy and strengthening the middle class, based on four pillars: American manufacturing, American energy, skills for American workers, and American values,” says White House Press Secretary Jay Carney.  “The President looks very much forward to the opportunity to speak to the American people-- to provide to the American people his vision for where we need to go and how we should get there as a country, working together to build a stronger economy, a more secure union.”
